A small room next to the terrace includes a refrigerator (no freezer), ideal for keeping drinks cool. The property is fully fenced, ensuring total privacy.
Inside, the two-story house delights with its rustic and cozy décor.
- Ground floor: a spacious living room with Smart TV, dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen, several bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub).
- Upper floor: bright bedrooms, all with fans, and two additional bathrooms with showers.
In total, the house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing generous living space to guarantee comfort and privacy for everyone.
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On request, a baby cot and highchaircan be provided.
